Chemical waterproofing

Crystalline, acrylic and polyurethane systems that bond into the substrate and seal pores, cracks and joints from within.

Chemical waterproofing works inside the concrete rather than just on top of it. Crystalline treatments react with moisture and free lime to grow crystals that block the capillary pores, while liquid-applied acrylic and PU membranes cure into a tough, seamless film that moves with the structure.

Because they are brush-, roller- or spray-applied, these systems reach the awkward geometry — wet-area sumps, tank corners, planters and tight shafts — where sheet membranes cannot. We also inject PU and epoxy resins to seal live, water-bearing cracks.

  • Crystalline integral / capillary treatments
  • Acrylic & polyurethane (PU) liquid membranes
  • PU & epoxy pressure crack injection
  • Integral admixtures for new concrete
  • Brush, roller & spray application
