Negative-side tanking that stopped seepage in a two-level basement.
A two-level basement car park with lateral seepage along the retaining walls. We applied negative-side cementitious tanking with crystalline treatment at the construction joints, then water-tested before handover.
Dry through two monsoons since completion.
