Residential Tower
Re-waterproofing a 22-storey terrace with persistent top-floor leakage.
A 22-storey residential tower with persistent terrace leakage into the top-floor flats. We stripped the failed coating, corrected the slope and laid a new APP-modified bitumen membrane with full parapet and drain detailing.
Work is phased around resident access; the podium and common terraces follow once the main roof is signed off.
